GENERAL CONDITIONS & INFORMATION:
1. Ordering Terms and Conditions
All prices quoted are per piece and in US dollar {can we link to local currency info}. (For UK customers prices will be quoted in sterling)
Minimum First order is $450 (US).
Shipping. All orders are delivered by air freight using FedEx or DHL. We will use the cheapest carrier for each order and you will only pay the cost price for shipping. In our experience Fedex is cheapest for orders of up to 1.5kg, thereafter DHL is the cheaper carrier.
Insurance. All orders are fully insured with DHL or FedEx.
All orders will automatically be given a Certificate of Origin. This is an essential document which will ensure that your order has a swift passage through customs. This will be at a small additional cost per shippment and will be charged at cost.
2. How to Place an Order
Placing and order is easy. Please follow these 3 steps when making and order.
Step 1.
Email or call us with your order stating which products you require. We will contact you in person after receiving your order by the next working day with:
Questions we might have regarding your order.
Pro Forma Invoice.
Request for payment (including payment options and instructions).
Estimate of delivery date.
Step 2
Kindly double-check our pro forma invoice and reply via email or fax confirming your order.
Step 3
Make payment using one of the payment options listed below. Once your order is confirmed and all payment process settled we will execute your order by the agreed date.
3. Payment Options
Please remember that all of our products are made to order as we hold very limited stocks. We cannot therefore action your order until payment has been received.
We offer 3 payment options:
By Paypal.
We accept all major credit cards through the Paypal system. Paypal is a secure online payment system which allows you to make your payment securely and swiftly. Please click on the paypal icon for more information and to sign up for a paypal account.

Cash Transfer.
Upon request, we can provide you with the details of our UK Barclays Bank Account to which payments may be transferred. Please note that cash transfers can take up to 3 working days to reach our account if you bank with any bank other than Barclays Bank.
4. Receiving Your Order
After shipment of your order we will send you the following documents:
Shipping company and Waybill details.
Copy of your final invoice.
We will monitor your orders' shipping progress on a daily basis in order to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
The shipping company will also be your Customs Clearing Agent. They will deliver the goods to your doorstep accompanied with the import duties bill due, if any. For UK orders VAT and import duties are included in the total cost of your order. For customers outside the UK prices will be quoted exclusive of tax and you will be required to settle taxes with the shipping company locally before receiving your order.
Order confirmation - we will contact you to confirm that your order has arrived and that your are satisfied with your purchase.
